Pre-approved Professional Development Hours

IGIC is pleased to announce the following has been pre-approved for those seeking professional development hours:

Surveyors

To learn more about the following Surveyor-approved sessions, visit the conference schedule and filter by "Surveyor Track (CEU Approved).

May 20 

  • Workshop: Using Drone (sUAS) Technology for Data Collection and Seeing Results Using Data-to-Science (4 CEUs)
    • This workshop requires a $10 additional fee in addition to the one- or two-day conference registration (May 21 and/or May 22).

May 21

  • Rivers and Risks: Understanding the Social Impacts of Flooding in Indiana (1 CEU)
  • From Data to Decisions: The Essential Role of GIS in Local Government (1 CEU)
  • Leveraging ArcGIS Survey123 for Use in Environmental Field Sampling for IDEM (1 CEU)

To earn Surveyor CEUs, attendees must sign in at each session. 

Assessors

To learn more about which sessions are approved for Assessors, visit the conference schedule and filter by "Assessor Track (CEU Approved).

May 20

  • Half-day workshops are approved for 3 hours of CEUs each.
    • These workshops requires a $10 additional fee in addition to the one- or two-day conference registration (May 21 and/or May 22).
  • The full-day workshop is approved for 6 hours of CEUs.
    • This workshop requires a $10 additional fee in addition to the one- or two-day conference registration (May 21 and/or May 22).

May 21-22

  • The 20-minute presentations are approved for a half-hour of CEUs.
  • The 50-minute presentations are approved for 1 hour of CEUs.

All attendees that wish to receive continuing education credit for their Level I/II/III assessor certification complete/submit this C.E. form, along with proof of attendance/participation, and email to: [email protected].

Librarians

All 50-minute sessions count as 1 LEU each. Please note that 20-minute sessions may not be combined and do not count toward LEUs. To earn Librarian LEUs, attendees must sign in at each session.
