Good Afternoon,
*I was trying to add a new feature class in ArcMap 10.6.1 to geodatabase that is versioned. After adding the feature class and creating GlobalID I registered it as version and created the replica. Right after creating the replica it works but within few synchronization it crashes.
* After trying many times and talking with Esri with no help we internally tried to add the new feature class and not include that in replica thinking it might work if the new feature class would be the problem but till it crashes.
Any reasons or thoughts or workarounds will be helpful.

Have you considered upgrading to a more recent version? Other than that I would look at the data in the columns. Maybe there are some data types that may not be supported in the target database.

We did not upgrade to the new version yet. We got the schema for the new feature class from third party. They created new schema that includes the existing fields along with new fields and domains added. But even without adding the new feature class in replica the synchronization crashes. The synchronization was working fine before trying to add the new feature class but now it keeps crashing.
