The IGIC conference will be held May 20-22. May 20 is reserved for a la carte workshops, while regular conference programing will be held May 21-22.

IGIC Discount Rate: $133/night (prevailing government per diem rate) for a standard room (king or two-bed). Our special group rate is valid through May 5 (extended through May 9), but will end sooner if our room block fills up or the hotel sells out. Please keep in mind that the Indianapolis 500 Race will be happening just days after the conclusion of our conference. Please be sure to book your room early to ensure the best rate AND availability!

Parking

There are several parking options for those attending the Annual Conference ...

The Crowne Plaza offers valet parking for $50/day.
Due to construction, the Crowne Plaza has no self parking available.
IGIC has partnered with Indianapolis Event Parking where our attendees can purchases parking passes and take advantage of shuttle service between the Crowne Plaza and IEP's parking lot just south of Lucas Oil Stadium. More information
